"Wonderful stay for the price. Kids loved the water park. It was a $5 day for those not staying at the hotel..so it was packed, but not overly crazy. This was a Thursday evening. Elevator wait time was super long, which was annoying. You stopped every floor with a full elevator so never felt like you were getting where you needed to go. Free breakfast was super nice but very little seating for the amount of people that were there on a weekday. The line to get food got ridiculous the last hour it...

"Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. The edges of our room were dusty and desperately needed some extra attention. The shower was very nice. It did have a little corner shelf that was rusty and falling down. "Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"Room and hotel were clean. No free WiFi included. Our room also didn’t have hot water throughout our stay. The water came in and out the entire time we used the hot water. We were refunded some money for this inconvenience. Pool area got dirty towards the end of the evening. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. "
