My kids loved the hotel. Lots of options for big families. The property is dated and desperately needs a face-lift, but it's clean and the rooms are comfortable.
Staff is good, very hospitable. 2nd and 3rd look great. Great conference rooms, but man the lower level and pool area need serious remodeling. Tape holding the wallpaper on, carpet not being held down anymore, and horribly humid down there. It does not smell the greatest.
Place has alot of potential but when I checked in toilet was dirty, hotel rugs looked like they hadn't been vacumed. Upon changing rooms the bed had a blotch of blood under matress which is a sign of bed bugs and the phone was dead. The last room we entered was fine but had a musty smell. The pool looked fine but the hot tub has some sort of mold growing on upper tiles that are above the water.
There was a cute moose outside. This property seemed very large. A maze of hallways and floors. We stayed in a suite on the ground level. Simply put, this hotel needs an update. Carpeting was thread bare, worn through and kinked up in hallways/room. The provided soaps/shampoo dispenser in the shower was opened up and no body wash, no bars of soap. The furniture was dingy and old. So gross. I didnโt want to touch anything. I really should have taken pictures, as you wouldnโt believe it. Im glad we only stayed one night. Oh, and there was no secured internet. We even called to the front desk to ask about password. She said to use the public WiFi. Interesting.
I really enjoy this property. This was my second time staying at this property. The breakfast was good (fruits, cereal, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage (pork), coffee always available, juices , yogurt, milk etc etc
