With the numerous locks and the in-room safe, I felt very safe here! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and had hot water, the AC was on and waiting for me, and the rest of the hotel facilities look clean and welcoming as well.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
On a busy road so hard to walk anywhere, annoying entry gate and had to return towels in order to get clean ones.
Staff are very friendly and helpful! But my room wasn’t clean at all.. bed sheets, towels, floor and shower were dirty.. I ended up staying one night and leaving the next day to a better hotel.
We loved our room, it had a kitchenette which was great for the 3 nights we stayed. The window by the kitchen needs repaired d/t a piece of it was missing which made it louder with people walking by and at the pool area. Otherwise it was clean and staff was polite. The local bus picked us up right in front of hotel which made things alot easier for transportation. Would definitely recommend
The location was very close to the road and trucks, buses and motorcycles were very loud at all times of the day and night!!! The parking lot was very small, and some of the windows were missing or stuck open, so bugs and critters could easily get in! Having a kitchen was nice and a number of geckos to control the bugs was interesting… my wife didn’t care for the one on top of the refrigerator that fell on her hand! Lol. And the kitchen electrical we entertaining, when we turned on the fan the light over the sink and the fan light would start flashing and the fan never would turn on?!!!

The single worst thing about this property was the noise from the street. It’s also not in a walkable area. There is a store and restaurant nearby but you have to walk along the busy road to get there if you don’t have a car. When we arrived there was no one there to register us or even just to store our luggage or offer us some water. Also the room was very poorly lit. The kitchen light didn’t work at all and, again, there was no one to report it to until after 3:00. The toilet handle broke and we reported it to a maintenance guy and he basically shrugged. On the plus side- the room was spacious and relatively private. The air conditioner worked. And it had a refrigerator. The receptionist was able to set us up a tour to the Park and also hire us a driver to take us to our next stop.
Before staying at this hotel, I had great hotel bookings with Expedia. I wanted to share our experience here so that I may save someone from having a horrible experience as we had. First off, I must say that most of the staff were friendly but they lied saying Expedia would give us a credit if we wanted to leave. We arrived late at 2am to this 3 bedroom apartment (also rented on Airbnb called circle house) within this hotel. It was dark, no lighting going up the steep stairs. The kids just wanted to shower and go to sleep. There was no hot water. Not only that, the shower head was held up by a toothpaste tube. In one bathroom the toilet seat was stained, cracked and gross.
Then we proceeded getting into bed and discovered that the sheets were dirty. The comforters had cigarette burns. After laying down for 5 minutes, my son was bit by a bug on his head. When I went in and moved the bed, there was live bugs and insects living there! I then went into the small kitchen, when I opened a drawer and an another cupboard, there was cockroaches in them! We were disgusted and needless to say didn’t sleep at all. When I contacted the person working for the owner I told them all this. The did come in to clean the next day and offered a “free” drive to the beach while they cleaned. Eventhough we were thankful they removed the cockroaches, cleaned under the beds and change the sheets, it’s very dingy, old and dirty. NOT a 12 minute walk to the beach, more lies! Please don’t stay here!
