Very nice priveledged room

I had an issue with my first room. They made it right IMMEDIATELY! The majority of the staff were so pleasant and friendly. It was almost perfect. I booked another trip and I’ll be coming back again this summer to this hotel. We had a blast.

Catalonia Bavaro has become our new annual vacation resort. While we preferred the adults only (Royal Bavaro) resort, the overall vibe of being surrounded by the beautiful Dominican nature, friendly staff and increadibly tasty cuisine they have to offer; truly made our stay unforgettable! Great value and the property is well maintained. Absolutely had a great time at Catalonia resorts.

Beautiful room, clean and updated, grounds beautiful and well kept, staff friendly will definatly stay here again

Beach was great. Lounging chairs easily available. Good variety of food. Pleasant staff. But staff not responsive to complaints such as phone not working, fan not working, broken lock on balcony door etc. And there were some cockroaches in one of the rooms.
