"The views were nice but that is about it. The stay was a terrible experience. The hotel was extremely dirty. No vacuum was run at all down the hallways to the rooms for the three days I was there. Just dirty! There were dead bugs on the floor in my room ( big enough to not skip over) I had to pick them up to throw them away. The room drawers needed to be cleaned on the outside of them, just filthy. Also when the maid came in to “clean” she was eating nuts and left her shells on the floor....

"Great stay. Location is easy access. Hotel is clean and breakfast is a good small variety. Everyone was so helpful, only negative was water temperature in shower kept drastically changing and don’t rely on a pack n play as one they had was busted and other was taken, two was all they had."

"The room was spacious and clean. The whole hotel was the same. Breakfast was provided with a charming gentleman helping with coffee and anything you needed. The grounds were well maintained and ample parking."

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

"Great deal for the price."

"Need to ask for room on upper floor Good breakfast"

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace"

"This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality."

"All was good"

"-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. Guests, who had events to attend, competitions, etc.,all...

"Decent, clean room with helpful staff. Breakfast was prepped well, included cereal, bagels/toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches which could be heated, granola bars, coffee, tea, and cocoa, milk. I didn't see juices. Tea options included several herbal varieties. Water in bathroom was very hot. needed adjusting to get it right. Room was small, but I had a single. Biggest issue was finding the place. The Victor NY location shares a parking lot with a restaurant, but there's no...
