SEASCAPE is tucked away in the unspoilt area between Porangahau & Whangaehu Beach. It is beautifully set above a valley with magnificent views over farmlands & the Pacific Ocean. With its unsurpassed location it seamlessly blends into the land it occupies. A place where skies are eternal, often adorned with rainbows. Here nature takes center-stage and unravels as far as the eyes can travel. Take the road less traveled. Come and experience the serenity of this paradise. Its balance, its beauty.
Seascape offers quality self-service accommodation in Central Hawkes Bay, a mere 2 hours from Napier, 2.5 hours from Palmerston North and 4 hours from Wellington.
Detox in sublime comfort, restore sleep patterns and reconnect with those dearest to you. The quietness and solitude are priceless.
It also forms a perfect base to explore Central Hawkes Bay with its many quaint towns and beautiful beaches.
THE SPACE
Perched at the top of a hill overlooking the ocean and farmlands, the space is a peaceful sanctuary perfect for recharge and reconnect.
The interior is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience, strategically incorporating the view into the calm, uncluttered space.
The cottage has an open-plan living and kitchen area. A reading nook provides comfortable seating for a morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. Large glass doors open onto the large deck, bringing the outdoors in.
A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a Nutribullet blender and quality appliances will ensure easy preparation of meals.
Both bedrooms are spacious and neutrally decorated with high-quality linen. The single and main bedroom are interconnected, with both sharing the ensuite bathroom. Plush robes, Bathe Marine amenities and a spacious walk-in shower add a touch of luxury.
The large deck with outdoor furniture offers a perfect vantage point to take in the spectacular view - an ever-changing skyline. Enjoy long, lazy lunches at the 4-seater table for hours on end.
With no light pollution, the stars on clear evenings are breathtaking!

There are two cottages on the premises - rest assured that your privacy will be respected.
The side wing of the building is closed off for private use but not occupied.
As Seascape is surrounded by sheep and cattle farms, you might hear some farming activities.
Being surrounded by trees and native plants, you might come across bugs, Insect screens in the lounge and kitchen keep the bugs out.
Wi-Fi Connection is supplied via satellite, it can be affected by the weather.
Mobile coverage can be patchy and certain providers have stronger reception.
Water is harvested from rain - this is the only water source. Please use with care.
Septic System in place - Please help us keep it functioning properly
No TV
No Dishwasher
No pets are permitted
No smoking or vaping

"Seascape is a brilliant space with an incredible view. If you are looking for a peaceful location, want self-cater, then this is the place for you. The kitchen is very well-built with a great selection of equipment. The view is absolutely incredible, and the house itself is tastefully and sympathetically decorated and fitted out. We hid for the world for a couple of nights and if you are looking for an interesting, out of the way location, with a stunning seaview, this should be at the top of your list."
