I also had to pay $102 for 3 day parking which they had never mentioned. the staff was not friendly and was rude because of me and my boyfriend being a younger couple there. Food was expensive not good bacon was cold. The water in the shower was also not hot. "

"Horrible customer service. I left my wallet in our room and the hotel has admitted they have it but will not give it back to me. Unbelievable. Had to file a police report and now I'm going to have to cancel all my cards and go through all the trouble of duplicating everything in my wallet because Latoya refuses to give it back to me claiming I can't prove it's mine which is utterly ridiculous. Rooms are OLD, musty, drains clogged, door handle/lock fell off. Do not recommend. "
