The natural stone villa Son del Rio Nou is set between the village of Pollença and the Port de Pollença water sports center, in a peaceful spot surrounded by a small forest. It’s the perfect place for those seeking to escape the bustle and enjoy the tranquility of this setting. The charming rustic farmhouse accommodates 6 guests and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (three en suite), all spread over 2 floors. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, crib, and high chair. In the picturesque garden with a covered terrace, a large 21 m² pool, and barbecue, you can enjoy outdoor meals and relax.



Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 5 km away in Port de Pollença and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The sandy beach of Pollença Bay is a 10-minute drive.



There are 3 parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Electricity usage is available for an extra charge.



Parties and events are not permitted. The host will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. The property has been tastefully redecorated. New photos will be available mid-August.
