"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. "This was my third stay at the Mar Calma hotel in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel’s in a great central location, the staff are super friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are lovely with extremely comfortable beds. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else"

The town is well cared for and provides for families as well as younger and older people withour 'selling its soul' to attract tourists. There are good bus connections to other towns in the region as well as other excursions by boat.
