Welcome to Condo Clara by Península Properties. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and accommodates 6 adults. It also has a large terrace. The wonderful pool on the terrace has a spectacular view to gather and watch the sunset.
Walk 50 feet and you will be at the edge of the sea with white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean, or 5 minutes from the popular Mamitas beach club. You are just 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, with its long pedestrian walkway full of boutiques, relaxing cafes, gourmet restaurants and good bars.
It has a king bed, two double beds, a flat-screen television and two fans. It has air conditioning and wifi in all its rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, making this place perfect for vacation.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay for electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
