"Waited in reception for 20 minutes before being seen by the receptionist that had no manners and demanded everything, room was filthy and not what I had booked for, came back to the accommodation the next day later in the afternoon and rooms had still not been cleaned. Overall I give the motel a bad rating & definitely won’t be staying there again or suggesting to anyone. "

"The staff members were welcoming, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel runs a free and frequent shuttle service to the airport. There are local buses to the CBD nearby. There is a supermarket and a few dining places within 5 minutes walk although the hotel also has a pleasant bar and restaurant."

"Just was nobody there on arrival ,had to wait considerably time for cleaner to come ,and help,i fel it wasn't his job to fo that,,would have been better to have someone in the office,,the place,was not clean ,skirting boards had grim on them ,and hadn't seen cleaned for a long time, shower leaked,,there was no face clothes,,and all in all should have been managed alot better"
