"the dog just wondering one of the elevators was completely shut down and you could not access the stairs at all because of construction going on over the entire first floor blocking access to the stairs. this led to very slow progress going up and down the elevator since we were on the 6th floor. I don't remember seeing anything about all the construction work going on but it also included closure of the gym which we had prepared to use. they were kind enough to give us a small refund for not having the gym functional. the dining room was good and in the daytime staff we're very helpful and engaging. Also it was quite irritating that there was no coffee maker in the room."

"We were greeted very nicely, they informed us breakfast was included. We were there for only 2 nights. The second day our room wasn't cleaned, we asked why and if we can get fresh towels, they told us it was only cleaned upon request and we had to go get towels to the front because at 8pm there was no cleaning staff or any service."

"Couldn’t get room service even one time to clean the room or anything Stayed there for 5 nights Asked and called and they never sent anybody or said they went home early and had no one so they had me stack garbage outside the room so gross and really a whole week and couldn’t send somebody Called staff multiple times were rude or unhelpful Wish I could give 0 stars if you want a basic room and almost 0 amenities than stay here Than had a scheduled maintenance for the air conditioning units and told no one The breakfast was ok nice to have a bagel to start the day"
