"Great hosts who responded quickly and helpfully to all questions. The house was lovely."

"The views were breathtaking and the location was unbeatable. A true relaxing retreat on the water, with plenty of amenities to please everyone. Our family had a wonderful stay."

"This is the second time we have stayed here and we still love the layout and location. There are several things in need of repair that we let the host know about. With a little upkeep this is a great place to stay. Very clean!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Salida! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was a great home base for exploring town, hiking, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The home had everything we needed, including convenient laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Salida!"

"My husband and I live three hours drive away. We came to Craig to visit adult children and grandchildren. We chose this VRBO because it slept so many people and has so many things to do, pool, game room etc. We were looking for a place to rent to ask the other two families of our children in other states to come Next year to all be together at one time. We’ve decided that it will not work out. "

"My reservation was cancelled 25 hours before check in with no explanation when asked for one and no effort to repair the situation. We were very excited to stay here and very disappointed that it was cancelled last minute. "

"This amazing property was filled with extras that made the stay special. We had several little ones & they loved the toys, joggers stroller & pack n plays. The kitchen was well appointed & filled with extras that made cooking easy. It is a wonderful space!"

"We had an issue with the internet which was resolved pretty quickly. I’m not sure you could have a bad time in this gorgeous location. There were views out of every window."

"Plenty of room for a family getaway. Host was very responsive when needed. Enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a great stay at Charlie's place. He and his team were great hosts, and there was nothing that wasn't "as described" in the unit. The place was very clean and fresh looking. I would say that the stairs are very tricky for older people, the only potential negative. But certainly an unusual property where everything is perfect and no bugs whatsoever in the process."

"Great location. Great views of the surrounding mountains from the front yard and back yard. Plenty of space for everyone."

"Loved the location to the river, Estes and the park."
