"Rude staff"

"I picked this hotel for a fews days because it's 5 minutes from my Apt and my gym. Super convenient, with other options being 20 minutes away. However I would not stay here again, it's a shoddily run property with terrible staff and a few unsolvable problems. I cut my trip short and moved to a Sheraton. 1. Terrible views: from every room you have a view of a dirty parking lot. 2. Noisy: thin walls mean you can hear people from other rooms. You'll also get noise from the parking lot (a blaring car alarm at 3 AM). 3. Poorly managed: there's a very old lady who manages the property who seems lost and out of control with near zero management skills. Examples: > The staff that report to her seem disinterested and oblivious. > Despite a "do not disturb" sign, staff knocked on my door 3 times, waking me up. > When checking out I asked the male (black) desk clerk (i had another reservation in 2 days) to move 2 small items from my room into storage. This person seemed disinterested and confused. When I returned and asked for my items from storage, it took Janet 5 hours to get 'em to me. I noticed my items had been rifled through and many of my clothes, a credit card, and my keys had disappeared. > It turned out that the desk clerk did not inform housekeeping who mostly disposed off (or stole) items. > When reported this gentlemen turned aggressive and angry. His pupils were dilated and he seemed high. DO NOT STAY HERE. I'll have my lawyer resolve these issues with Best Western Co."

"There was many things not available and didn’t know until we got there. Clean place. Great jacuzzi. Friendly staff "

"Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for help. She did move me to a different room eventually but that was her only recourse. Bottom line: not a luxury hotel but nice enough if you don’t have issues that need to be resolved."

"Clean and well kept. The bar area added a nice touch. Including Royal Farms adjacent to the property added convenience. "

"The Pros- location is great with CVS, Trader Joes, restaurants within waking distance. Staff is great. 24 hr coffee available Cons- room needs to be updated, see pics. The back door to the hotel we were told we could use, but it's damaged, needs to be fixed. ZERO hooks in bathroom for towels (only a hole in the door where the hook should be) "
