"Need some TLC especially in most expensive suites on first floor. Room looks and feels old. Not great"

"Good location to Tarrytown and NY Thruway"

"Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff!"

"We are repeat customers and everything about our stay was fine."

"I like breakfast and clean room"

"Clean room, cute vibes, great restaurants and location to Sleepy Hallow halloween fun!"

"The price & location were good, approx 10 mins outside of Sleepy Hollow where we were visiting. I have stayed at many HI Express’s and the front desk staff here was the least friendly of any I have stayed at. A simple Hello or Have a good night goes a long way. The staff in the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Our room was clean but in a very odd location-it was the first room outside the lobby. It was noisy in the morning when people were having their breakfast. I would not recommend this...

"1 star truly doesn't do it justice. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had and that's saying something! There is so much I don't know where to start...1st the front desk staff (excluding the one female with braids who works wknds) either doesn't know they work in hospitality or have no idea of what the word means. "The free parking and breakfast were nice. We had an obstructed view from both windows and the water took 10-15 minutes to warm up with each shower use. That was absolutely horrible. We asked for more toilet paper, the never sent it up and had to ask again."

"We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles"

"Clea room, staff. breakfast. Parking gratuit"

"Staff was very accommodating and friendly!"
