The transportation within the property as well as into Old Phuket Town or any attraction was super easy and convenient. Would highly recommend and if we can bring our whole family back we will! Currently undergoing renovation but we never felt it, amazing through and through Special staff especially Du (who always had a smile on his face) and the whole buggy team, Pla and the saffron team, and our housekeeping staff member Suchada (K. Poo) Private pools are great, lots of free shuttles to nearby shopping, beach clubs, far enough from the other side of Phuket but still close enough if you want to experience it We spent 9 days there and honestly should’ve easily spent 9 more, we will be back in a few months "
