"We really loved our stay at The Sands. The staff were fabulous, the hotel was immaculate and it was all really well thought-out with everything you could need in one place. We would definitely come back to The Sands. The only area that could possibly be improved was the breakfast. Sometimes food - particularly fruit and yoghurt was left uncovered, which attracted flies and put me off eating there."

The staff are so friendly polite and very helpful for everything you want.Also the fitness are 24 hours they are have enough of equipment for gym areas.They are amazing breakfast every staffs at the restaurant are so helpful and polite friendly excellent service. Exceptional hotel."

"We had such a great stay at Chongfah Beach Resort in Khao Lak. It’s a real boutique spot—super peaceful, really well kept, and just ideal if you want to switch off and relax. One of the things we liked most was how calm and quiet everything was. No noise, no crowds, just a really chilled, peaceful vibe the whole time. The gardens are gorgeous and clearly very well looked after, giving the whole place a lush tropical oasis feel. The resort also has its own private beach, which was clean, beautiful, and never busy. It was perfect for watching the sunset, or just sitting back and listening to the waves. We also had a really good experience at Seaborn Restaurant. The food was consistently good, but what really stood out was the service."

"The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels left for us, however bed sheets were only changed after 8 or 9 days, subsequently every 2 days. Seems to be a family run business. No information provided; had to ask questions from where to get pool towels to which wifi to log onto. That said, whenever there was an issue they were immediately on it. Breakfast was fine, but coffee is instant., so we only used it when we had to ie early morning tour. There is a restaurant along the main street that serves a good breakfast with great coffee, also a place that has a buffet breakfast not far. I did not find the AC powerful. We had it set to 17, as the coolest, just to get it as cool as possible, but it was nowhere near that. The wifi was spotty-some days worked fine and other days did not (for my purposes-remote work-using VPN). The grounds and pool are lovely. The beach is absolutely beautiful and unspoiled. Be sure to explore in both directions. It is not a far walk from the bungalows. The town has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and a night market. There are sidewalks. "

"This was an excellent choice for a resort stay. It has easy access to the beach and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are kind and polite. I was impressed with the sea view at the restaurant while eating breakfast. Definitely a good choice for convenience and value for money."
