"Great place to stay quiet rooms were okay kinda small but great staff quick check in and great spot to stay if you want something quick, cheap, and relaxing. "
"Absolutely loved my stay at the Cascade Hotel! The neighborhood location is perfect—walkable, vibrant, and gives you a true Portland experience. The hotel itself is top-notch, with 5-star amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. One of the absolute highlights was the thermal springs—an unforgettable experience and a must-visit for anyone staying here. I’ll definitely be back!"
"Wonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland. "

Courtyard by Marriott Portland City Center

"The Reception Desk was being handled by Xavier. He went out of his way to make sure that I could check in despite having lost my wallet. Let's just say that he helped me to be creative knowing that I had driven from Sacramento. "
"The property was an overgrown garden oasis with an abundance of fragrant flowers competing with one another for best in show. The basement apartment was well apportioned with comfy aesthetically pleasing furniture. There was just enough kitch to make it feel like a home. Downsides: chicken coup is close to the door, so you get a pretty good whif as you arrive, it’s only as you walk past one spot that smells. It is a basement, like all basements there is a subtle mustiness to the air. Neither of those are dealbreakers, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"Laurent was wonderful with checking me in and out. House is near Alberta street with lots of food choices and coffee shops. Kitchen is well stocked but I didn’t use it much for cooking. Water pressure in the 2nd bath shower is a little weak compared to the master bathroom. Great host. Thanks for the great stay. "
"Angela was an amazing host and even kept me company on my birthday ! She became more than a host in a very special way, and I felt safe around her. Will be booking again whenever I'm in town "
