"Shouldn't have to pay for parking!"

"This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It smelt and felt and looked clean. There were a few cosmetic things around that could be fixed but I’ll take a paint chip here or there for clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only area that could be improved and that was simply because of have liked a few more options but the breakfast they did have was amazing. The area was quiet but in the middle of everything. Will definitely be recommending and hopefully coming back!!! "

"We stayed 7 days so the rooms weren't cleaned or linens changed daily or every other day. I made our bed daily. We did have clean towels every other day. The thing that bothered me the most was how dirty the windows were while sitting on the couchs looking out at the scenery. The maids and breakfast staff did not understand english, trying to explain I had a severe pepper allergy and needed to know what was in the breakfast foods was a bit frustrating. I loved the desk staff that greeted me when when I came back from a morning out shopping or a dinner out. The gentlemen at the desk at night always made me feel safe."

"Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good sized comfortable, clean room. Lovely rooftop restaurant and bar. Walking distance to Broadway restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay again"
