"Superb experience "

"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."

"The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and the amenities were perfect! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The place was so easy to get to and in a great location. It was quiet and peaceful! The only “issue” we had was that the beds were way too soft for my bad back and neck. Despite that, this place made our vacation perfect! We will definitely go back! "

"This is a really lovely home, super cute inside and has everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and really kept up nicely. The host was terrific and we had an easy time checking in. The location was perfect, really close to the airport and right in between downtown Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. We enjoyed it very much and I'd stay here again!"
