"Clean room: On our first day, we noticed that the bed sheets had specks of blood. Housekeeping had either forgotten to change the sheets or did not do so properly. We called the front desk to report this issue, as it was unacceptable. Housekeeping did change the sheets, but the front desk clerk never apologized or offered any compensation, such as a complimentary breakfast. They only changed the sheets without addressing our concerns further. Did not meant to rate the Breakfast, there was not a free breakfast."

"The house was beautiful, extremely clean. The host was quick to respond to our issues.The kitchen was lacking in decent knives to even cut a small watermelon. The “heated pool” was not what I would call heated at all, it was quite chilly.It takes about 45 minutes to heat up the hot tub if you want to use it.The house is lovely, close to everything."
