Everyone was attentive and committed to assuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, not to mention thoughtful and memorable with cake for the birthday girl! "Expedia.com did NOT inform me that this hotel was valet park only for $55 per night. Further the number 404-566-6383 texted me after I had checked in that self-park was available for $45 per night. When I inquired at the front desk they said that text was from a bogus number not belonging to the hotel. He reassured me this hotel was valet park only. That is $110 I did not plan on spending because of Expedia.com’s fault for not letting me know. Else, I would have chosen a different hotel. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I would like to request Expedia.com refund me $110 for my stay. Regards, "

"The breakfast was good, the staff were nice, there was plenty of parking, and the pool area was clean. While the lobby and the breakfast area were clean and taken care, the building is definitely long in the tooth and overdue for a remodel. Room 207: The bathroom ceiling had multiple splatter stains, like someone opened a Pepsi and sprayed the ceiling. I guess the maids never looked up because the rest of it was clean. The popcorn ceiling had a spot that was starting to detach from the ceiling above the bed, and there were cracks where the ceiling joined the walls. The main room was clean and no other issues stuck. This was definitely a you get what you pay for situation. If you want a nice Hampton in the area. Go a little further down the street to the nicer Hampton Inn & Suites."

"Hotel needs remodeling very old interior furnishings. Breakfast was below par compared to other hotels in the area with similar pricing. "

"We didn’t realize we had to pay for parking because Expedia didn’t have it on the website till I said something. Hilton really do need to change up how you pay for parking it shouldn’t not be 45 really overpriced"

"Didn't service room as promised. Single pane windows had a lot of road noise even though room did not face street. And lots of noise from hall into room. Fan could not be run continuously."
