"Great hotel and quite clean. Few things to point out based on others comments. 1. Flys on the 2nd floor where the seats are to sit and relax. 2. No store open after 5pm where you can buy water. 3. If you like very soft mattresses then yes this would work for you but if you’re looking for something more firm these beds are not comfy and the queen size is questionable. 4. Outdoor swimming pool is not open yet and the indoor pool is always packed. 5. Restaurant staff were very helpful."

"Anyone I encountered at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. We entered into a clean and tidy room. The walls seem paper thin though and you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the halls (people talking, doors slamming). I don’t believe our mini fridge was working at all during our stay. It didn’t feel cold at all. The ventilation also didn’t seem that great in our room - it was humid sometimes upon entering. It was nice that breakfast was offered and that there was a variety of food (sausages, scrambled/hard boiled eggs, French toast, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, cheese sticks, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, oranges, apples, juices) though the quality wasn’t the best and the coffee tasted like cardboard. I thought all of that was minor though and still enjoyed my stay with friends."

"Location was good. Not happy that there is a shelter across the street. Good security however. No bathroom fan in the handicapped suite. Very stuffy. Shoe prints on the wall !! Should include bottled water in room. $4.50 plus tax. Yikes. Kids running around the exercise room. Could use a hot tub."

"The staff at the reception was very helpful & accommodating during the check-in process. The suite was very clean & I was also able to adjust the temperature on the Heater/AC panel & was working properly. It made my room very comfortable to relax. I really like the suite very much with all the convenience of having everything you need just like your own apt or condo. I am very happy with my stay. Locationwise. It's walking distance to the Parliament Building & other Tourist areas. I highly recommend this place for you to stay."
