I stayed at seven hotels during my road trip in Quebec and Ontario, and this one was the best. It's right next to Chuck's Roadhouse restaurant; we arrived late that day, and the receptionist kindly told us we could walk to the restaurant from inside the hotel. The rooms were very clean, the shower was wonderful, the breakfast had a wide selection, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I were passing through the area.

We've stayed 4 times at this Ramada in Cornwall over the last 7 years. This was the first time we found the beds on the first floor extremely hard, difficult to sleep on. The breakfast was subpar too comparted to previous visits and other hotels. It was a little disappointing considering such great visits in the past. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet.

Clean rooms, convenient dining location attached to hotel, bathroom door was a bit stuck and hard to close, hot tub under maintenence so could not use that when were at pool area.

Room was nice and cozy the only thing I noticed was that the bottom of the pool wasn’t very clean and the hot tub wasn’t working when I was there, but the staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Fast informative check in, clean, comfortable room with excellent beds. Quiet. Had terrific strawberry pecan salad with chicken which we took out from Chuck's next door. Great shower, nice toiletries. Decent breakfast!

Close to the hwy, lots of options of restaurants and shopping around . Staff was friendly and helpful . Travelled with a dog , even let us safely store our bikes so we didn’t have lock them up outside and worry . Breakfast was okay , just a few options and had to eat in that area ( takeaway wasn’t an option ) but had fruit and muffins you could grab and go . Also coffee wasn’t bad for “hotel” coffee . I would definitely stay here again passing through if needed to stop for the night

We stayed 2 nights & we did not get clean towels, etc. or the bed made. Also they would be better to install the dispensers in the shower/bath area with shampoo, body wash etc. as the TINY. bottles they provide have so little in them , especially for 2 people. It would also be more cost effective for the hotel. Breakfast was okay but very noisy ( unfortunately there were a bunch of young kids & parents during our stay) Only one girl to try & keep up with refilling the food trays. She tried her best! Front desk staff was very helpful & friendly.
