"This is our second time stayed in this property. It is excellent in term of location. Namba is very central with all the action spots are within easy reach. Lots of restaurants. The property is spacious . We have premium double have a very functional kitchen and mirco wave. Although we do not cook much. but it is nice to have. The front desk personnel is always very attentive and spoke good English. However I do find this time the housekeeping was not that attentive. I hope they will improve in this aspect."

"You are definitely paying for the location, as the hotel itself, though fancy looking, was pretty mid. The room felt cramped, definitely not as spacious as the photos made it look, but it was livable. The toilet and bathroom also felt cramped, and the water pressure in the shower drops every time someone on the floor flushes a toilet. But it was overall fine. Laundry room had combo washer/dryers, which was convenient, and the price to use them was pretty cheap. Two elevators are required to get to the rooms, one from the ground floor to the lobby and then another up to the rooms, and the elevators to the rooms need the key card to use, which is a bit of a pain but I understand the need for heightened security since the hotel is in a mall and perhaps more easily accessible by non-guests. The central location really was fantastic, though. Literally across the street from Osaka Station (connected by a pedestrian bridge, even), and right in the heart of the city. Having the Umeda Links mall in the same building was very handy, too."

"Excellent stay for a first time visit to Japan and Osaka. The front desk staff were very helpful to answer questions. Rest of the staff were very helpful and nice as well. The night team and especially a guy whose name began with an N (maybe Niromi, he was the chief that night, helped me with guiding me where I could get meds for my wife after a sprained ankle in USJ, and setting up luggage forwarding to Tokyo."
