"Easily my favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. Very friendly staff who greeted me and helped me check in. My room was perfect; clean, just big enough to be compact yet comfortable, and great wifi. My favourite features of this hotel has to be the public baths with the convenience store and washer/dryers all on the same floor. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel itself was pretty much flawless, from the location and surrounding area to the facilities. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you’re a very light sleeper, you may hear some street noise at night since the hotel faces a main road, especially motorcycles or the occasional ambulance. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay."

"A quick 1 night stay only because my arrival into KIX airport was late night. Helpful the building has lit up name on top so I could locate it while walking. No complaints. There is a Family Mart convini store located on 2nd floor which helpful to grab breakfast."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the station, restaurants, and shopping. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Osaka."

"This is a really big restaurant with so many travelers from different countries. Everything goes smoothly during check in and out. Convenient transportation but still very hard to find everywhere, that’s due to this complicated area. The restaurant is fine, but next time I would like some quiet area. Unlike many same standard restaurants, they didn’t offer bottled water and cosmetic products."
