We went for Christmas holiday to Niagara falls and booked this b&b. it's so clean and well maintained. Loved our stay. It was homely environment and rooms were so we'll decorated. We were served breakfast on table which was being freshly made.i would definitely recommend this one.

This was a lovely bed and breakfast! Very charming, and less than a 10 minute drive away from the Falls. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and makes a wonderful breakfast, a deal for $5. We got to enjoy some nice company with the other guests at breakfast as well. Would recommend and stay again.

cuddling this place is a bed and breakfast is really a misnomer it's just a big old house that they rent out the rooms at night. There isn't staff here it isn't a family-run operation. it was an oriental lady here we barely spoke English when we checked in there was nothing to make us feel comfortable or at home here. there is no breakfast included here they had to they said they charge for breakfast and it was optional that's not what I call a bed and breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels were provided as well as shampoo and body wash. The hostess Li was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She took the time to explain things to us and made sure we were settled in ok. We found the bed uncomfortable and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

Enjoyable bed and breakfast.

Our Hostess Li was very friendly and helpful. She made a very nice breakfast for a nominal charge. The room was clean and nice and suited our needs well for the price. The location was Within walking distance for those accustomed to walking, and there is also shuttle bus service. As with most bed and breakfasts, the property had its unique character. Don't expect a chain Motel environment.

NIB&B is terrific – very clean and well appointed. Li is a wonderful and gracious host, and keeps a very nicely appointed and very clean home. Healthy and generous breakfast, don’t pass it up – best deal in town. Great location and a good, healthy walk to downtown and falls areas – always appreciate a much-needed stretch and exercise break from travelling. NIB&B is simply a great choice and value for all the right reasons – host, home, location, value ... Enjoy!
