They were finally gracious enough to upgrade our room which was appreciated, we had no bracelets so we could not access the hotel or even go eat as everything is charged to the rooms. Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island - Adults Only - All Inclusive
"This is a small resort but everything about it was great... great food & drinks, great staff, great beach with chairs and umbrellas readily available (which is hard to tell from their website). The specialty restaurants must be reserved about 48 hrs ahead so getting one on check-in day is not likely ..."

"Happy with the visit, definitely would recommend. There is room for improvement on some of the restaurants staff, but still recommend Atlantis to everyone."
