"Our room was clean, and check in/out was painless. For the very low price we paid this was a great *_off-season_* accommodation. When we visited, we found the indoor pool had been closed for a number of years, but this was not advertised on the listing, and ended up being a minor disappointment. The overall condition/upkeep is somewhat lacking, but this is forgivable given the off-season room price and availability. The ocean view from the 3rd floor is pretty good, the off-season sunrise/sets were beautiful. If you want to see the ocean, I highly recommend against floors 1 and 2. The location is really great in terms of distance to food and local attractions."

"This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The projector by the hot tub made for the best movie night — such a fun and unique touch! Honestly, I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this place. Clayton was incredibly responsive; I had a quick question about the hot tub and he replied within a minute or two. The location is fantastic, and the sound view from the deck was absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"From booking through check-out, the experience was top notch. Joe communicated with me immediately upon booking and stayed in touch throughout, providing essential information about the condo and helpful information about the area. The condo was wonderful: upon opening the front door, you see the ocean. Open floor plan and three sliding doors to take in the ocean views to the east and sound views to the west. Large balcony was ideal for watching the waves. The condo was beautifully decorated and provided all the essentials. Well-stocked kitchen, spacious island and dining table, comfortable sofas. The main bedroom was generously sized and the ensuite bath was beautifully remodeled. Ditto the hallway bath, with washer dryer and easily access from the second bedroom.Had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!Nancy Perrin"

"Pros-the house is great! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Love that there are two master bedrooms on different levels, along with a living room on each floor. Very close to the beach, easy walk. Close to shopping and restaurants. Probably one of the cleanest rental homes I have ever been to. Cons-really the cons have nothing to do with the rental or the owners. The problem is the rental company. On vrbo it indicates that check in is 3 pm and check out 11 am. However, according to the rental company the check in time is 4-6 pm and checkout is 10am. I mentioned to the reality company the discrepancy and they were less than accommodating about this. Also, when you check into the home, every television indicates that the checkout time is 11 am. I have screen shots of both of these things and shared it with the rental company. They indicate that it’s not their fault that there is a misinformation because you signed a contract stating the times.I asked if it was possible to get a guaranteed check in time of 4 pm as we were all coming from different directions and needed a definite check in time.I was told I could pay 100 for an early check in time.I did not want to check in early, just wanted a confirmed check in time of 4pm.I should not be required to pay extra for that. I have rented homes in numerous countries with numerous different reality companies and have never had a rolling check in time. Also, power went out and reality company wanted me to call to report It"
