"The city was beautiful, quiet and welcoming. The host was friendly and helpful! The room was clean, spacious and there was a kitchen upstairs that allowed you to cook your own food. The walls of the room were like paper so the noise of the neighbours was very loud at night…"

(i) Quite comfortable, and very clean rooms.
(ii) Quiet, walking distance to the center of Zaros.
(iii) the property had oudoor seating in a rather pleasant setting.
(iv) Responsive and pleasant host. Accessible at all hours.

(i) I waited for hours in front of the main entrance for someone to let me in. Moreover, the telephone number provided by Expedia to contact the host is incorrect. Only when I went nextdoor did I find a working contact number for the host pasted on...

"We arrived at 1am on Saturday morning due to flight delays but we were met and shown around the villa, it is a beautiful villa, very clean and well laid out, beautiful views and a loverly outside area
It is a bit remote the area it is in so definitely need a carbut lots to do and see within a 15-20minute drive"
"Manolis' house in the beautiful small village of Amari was the perfect setting for a beautiful relaxing vacation.
The house has everything you might need and more. The rooms are very comfortable and the outdoor spaces are incredible. And the swimming pool is the icing on the cake to cool off on hot summer days.
Manolis is a wonderful host providing a super warm welcome, with all the information and a variety of local products for us to enjoy upon arrival :)
And just to top it all off, Rumy is an absolute gem of a lady, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy delicious home cooked meals at the house.
All in all, an absolutely fantastic experience in one of the most beautiful regions of Crete,
