"Check in was quick but the receptionist didn’t really say anything to us and didn’t mention the security deposit for the room when charging us. No receipt or anything. AC in the room is very weak but works."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was peaceful, quiet, and very convenient—just 10 minutes from the car rental facility and only 5 minutes from the airport. Although the drive to downtown was approximately 40 minutes, the comfort and quality of the hotel made it well worth it. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The on-site restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are undergoing what looks to be a major renovation. We were there one night and the room was ok. It could have been a little cleaner and fresh, but for one night due to a flight cancelation it was ok, but it was way overpriced! We had to catch an early flight, so breakfast wasn't even served yet. Was hoping to at least get some coffee, but they didn't have that out either. Needed a bottle of water and there was none in the cooler, so I asked. He went and got some, but it wasn't cool at all and it was overpriced for a bottle they probably got at Sam's or Costco."

"We had a “club” room which gave us access to a little room off the lobby with soda and snacks and a buffet breakfast. My husband liked the breakfast but for me it was not worth the extra cost of the “club” status. The staff were all wonderful. We especially enjoyed the shuttle service. The drivers were great and full of good information on local spots. They took us to the Botanic Garden and to a local restaurant. Would definitely stay again."

"The area is good and the rooms are clean enough. The tub in the room we stayed in had paint chipping, and the carpet felt a bit dirty. Staff was overall nice. It was well enough maintained for a one night stay, but I probably wouldn’t do an extended trip here."
