"The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."

"Very clean and nice beautiful hotel and property. The main area was great but the restaurant wasn’t very good and the guy bartending was so slow and he started as our waiter and was so slow, but the girls came around to help and got us Fed. The food options were lacking and no one really like their food except for the lamb chops and vege casserole. It was quite pricey for what you got. But I wish we had stayed another night to go to the spa. The workout room didn’t open very early. The breakfast was great and so was their coffee and baristas!"

"Figuring out the air control in the room was a little challenging. We were able to figure out windows though to help with air flow. Great stay though! Beautiful and well kept room"

"The room was perfect and comfortable. Walking distance to a nice city on a hill. Quiet area and easy to find, good parking available. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Cannot recommend this place any more highly."

"Very clean, bed was very comfortable, great space. The spiral staircase was beautiful, and the loft bedroom was really nice. Francesco and his father were great with check-in and leaving. We would stay here again, great location to all of Orvieto! "
