The staff are warm friendly service-oriented. The location is incredible, literally one of the best experiences (and I have stayed at literally hundreds of lodgings over the years) I have ever had. "The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."
