"We chose Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park as it was close to a hospital where I was undergoing a procedure. It turned out to be a very good choice as the staff were very helpful to my wife while I was in hospital."

"Cosy room, the layout with the bed was a little snug but the room was nice and quiet, clean and modern. The shower did spill out into the rest of the bathroom making the floor and bathmat very wet. A bar fridge and kettle would be nice in the room, but for a quick overnight stay the room was sufficient and very well priced. "

"From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. Probably good in summer but not winter."

"Amora has become my stay of choice around Richmond. Decent rooms well maintained. Better than average buffet breakfast. Lovely lobby and place to hand out including a fireplace. Would recommend"
