"Pool was not filled"

"The room is not cleaned unless you request housekeeping which we did and all we got were clean towels. The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bed wasn't made, trash cans weren't emptied. They ran out of clean towels. Someone in our party requested towels and was told the entire hotel only had two lean towels. There were kids running up and down the halls at all hours "

"Lobby was nice, the check in process was great, staff was helpful and then we entered our room. I had to do a bit of cleaning as it appeared some things were missed, but nothing compared to the overwhelming smell of mold in the bathroom. Staff sent maintenance which was a bit odd because there’s nothing he could’ve done in the moment to solve the issue but I guess the thought counted. There were silverfish bugs crawling around through out the night and finally when trying to leave there was only one working elevator. We had to wait at least 20 + mins to catch one because each time it stopped on our floor it was packed! Probably would not have this as first choice if I need to stay in the area again."

"The staff was incredible; usually I am a very low maintenance guest but on my trip I got sick and needed a few extra things which the staff graciously assisted with. There was a large wedding party staying there as well and everything was handled so smoothly. Thank you!!!!"
