"Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was made to order at our convenience. They gave great recommendations and were so kind. However, be aware that the hotel is kept COLD. There are enough blankets on the bed to sleep comfortably, but I was wearing my coat inside."

Staff efficient, no issues.
Comfortable bed.
Warm room which was good as it was a very cold night.
Disappointing breakfast scrambled and fried eggs were cold.

"The hotel was well located and well kept. The beds were nice and the continental breakfast was good.
Cesar was wonderful! What a nice man and he was so helpful. Gave us ideas of things to do and helped us book a trip to the floating islands. Also helped us sort out the cryptic emails we received about our departing bus changes when we left. He was wonderful and made the stay much better"
