"Interesting concept. I liked this place"

"The Hotel was fab. A fantastic view of the bay, could only have been improved by a view of the bridge, but it was just a quick walk out the front door to get a bird's-eye view of it. Awesome The staff were very good too. We arrived late and they were very helpful getting us settled. I wish i'd know i could have added a complimentary breakfast to the room - but that really was my problem. Air conditioning could be added so that those of us from the Antipodes are a bit more comfortable. WE Had...

"The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit...

"The location was so good with easy access to buses and the underground and spectacular views of Big Ben and the London Eye. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Great restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was and spacious and clean. I just wish it had a slightly bigger shower and better lighting in the bathroom. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay."

"Great location in the heart of central London"

"Great location! In the heart of the old town, felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent, prefect for a day of exploring, Staff were very friendly, and brilliant at breakfast too! Room was very clean. Highly recommend and should be a 4 star hotel! Very impressive and would recommend to anyone!"

"all is good"

"The room is significantly smaller than expected but if you're just using it as your base of operations in London it's suitable. There is _very_ limited storage space."

"We stayed one night on Oct 1st, nice and clean hotel, helpful staff. The only thing that I didn't like is that they changed the room before we arrived as we were 3 people. I booked a queen and 2 twins room online and they changed it to one queen and one twin. Me and my son are big guys and it was not comfortable for us. They let us do 1 hour late check out instead. Next time I will make sure they don't change the room as I paid more for the bigger room."
