"What a delightful experience! This is by far the best rental I've ever booked. The boat was spacious, gorgeous, clean. Location was perfect, communication a breeze. And TWO bathrooms to boot! I wish I had stayed longer than three nights. HIGHLY recommend."

"This property is a down home cozy cottage with a laid back vibe. The back doors open to a charming garden full of fruit bearing trees and succulents. The backyard accesses a playground through a private gate which is great for families traveling with children. We invited over another couple for dinner and used the outdoor grill-- a convivial atmosphere. The owner kindly provided a high chair for our little granddaughter who was staying with us. The owner was very responsive and helpful and even helped us locate a jacket that had been accidently left behind. "

"Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)"
