"Breakfast was the same every day! Not much of a variety. The room was clean but not spacious for a family of 4 with pull out bed from couch. Were given a portable heater because the heat did not work in the room. However, hotel was Located right near the Tram stop so it was a short walk and convenient to hop on when needed."

"Beautiful elegant old hotel with wonderful hospitality. The best place to stay in Edinburgh for care and attention. Lovely area to walk around too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were friendly and warm."
