"Clean room and very friendly staff"

"Awesome place! Would stay again 10/10. My room got randomly upgraded, and it was larger than some people’s apartments! Great location, awesome staff, great room."

"The Metcalfe Hotel was better than we imagined. The staff (from check-in desk to housekeeping to wait staff) were lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our pups also enjoyed their stay. So thankful to have a hotel that offers such care for their guests and their guests' dogs!"

"bris du support de papier de toilette dans ma chambre 1107, dommage a mon véhicule car espace de charge trop petit. Quelques membres du personnel moyennement courtois."

"The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a lot of selections. Probably one of the best (if not the best) breakfast we have had at a hotel. we would stay here again without hesitation."

"Parking is off Rideau St. A bit tricky to turn into the garage and then once inside there is a spot to park so can check into the hotel to get a door pass, to get into the clean underground garage. Very nice rooms, clean hotel"

"We loved this hotel so much! Very intimate, cozy rooms that had an old Montreal feel, beautiful lobby with a sweet bar and little areas to hang out and play games! Just a unique place with amazing staff and great parking and close to all downtown amenities!!!!!"
