"Lovely wonky hotel lots of charachter...rooms lovely...with great beds...linen and beautiful em suite...."

"The hotel is a gem, full of character, great location and offers parking. We were unable to extend our king room prior to arrival so booked a classic for the additional night. At check-in they managed to upgrade the classic at no extra charge so we wouldn't have to change room mid-stay. Would definitely stay again."

"Spent two nights at the Dragon Inn, a base to visit the Hay book festival. In fairness the accommodation was more than acceptable, and comfortable. What was very disappointing was the staff attitude. A young team with no leadership, demonstrated poor customer service. The waitress chewing gum taking the order was most unwelcome. Food was over cooked and disappointing"

"We had a wonderful time during our 11 day stay. The staff is phenomenal, so attentive, professional and helpful. We stayed in the Oak Suite and would highly recommend to everyone. The Juliet balcony and private deck was perfect for morning and evening relaxation. The boat cruise was just steps from the Lodge and hiking along the Wye was an easy walk where you could see the rapids and kayaks working hard. Kudos to the staff and management for an awesome experience."
