"I came to Hacienda Roman knowing that in this part of Peru, you can't expect all the amenities like WiFi, cable TV, etc. If you go in with reasonable expectations, you'll be happy with this hotel.
The pros: Staff are quite nice. Food is tasty and available fresh on site. Personal attention, especially the tour of the coffee/jungle out back, is phenomenal. The entire stay was worth it just for this!!

"Really nice hotel. Rooms were nice but nothing special. Overpriced given other hotels we have stayed at this trip that exceeded expectations. The food was the best part which is fully included with the huge price. Our server Ingrit was awesome. Breakfast was a Godsend we packed an to go box for 5am sunset trip to Machu Picchu and then came back for full breakfast around 9am.
