"We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever visiting in the area again. Thanks so much!"

Despite advertisements, there is no Laundry Facility, no 24hr desk service, no concierge, intermittent wifi, no coffee shop, and no sound proof rooms. Breakfast was terrible - old and dried out pan de aqua with bad jam and instant coffee. Bedding was horrible. My daughter who had been sleeping on the floor at our relatives house the previous two nights, insisted that the mattress was actually harder than the tile floor and that it was...
