"Property location was perfect, staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was so good and they even called our room to make sure we got down before it ended. They offered to make it early if travel required an early departure as well. I highly recommend this beautiful property."

"This was a very conveniently located hotel. Just a 3 minute walk from the train station and next to the bus stop for the ride up to Machi Picchu. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Only the climb up the stairs to the rooms left us exhausted but i think thatās just the altitude greeting us."

This hotel is literally steps away from the entrance of Machu Picchu, which means you can easily catch both sunrise and sunset at the site, as well as leave and re-enter. The staff is truly exceptional. Rodolfo and Erving were incredibly helpful, considerate and accommodating. Dinner menu and service very impressive, but the lunch buffet is outstanding in terms of quality, presentation, and selection. Would highly recommend! After reading reviews of Aguas Calientes in general, I was leery of the accommodations available. This was so inaccurate! The town is much better than what I read, and this hotel was the best one yet! (Better than Cuzco, Lima, and Ollantaytambo) The bed was bigger than my king at home. That alone made me smile when I walked in. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for three nights and loved it. It actually felt like a vacation.

I came to Aguas Calientes alone as a solo female traveler heading up to Machu Picchu, and this place was absolutely perfect in every way. Jaw dropping river views with the rushing water so loud, I was in heaven. I loved my morning coffee on the patio looking at the river. The service was impeccable and the breakfasts hearty - all I could have hoped for.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We walked in dirty and dusty from 4 days on the Inka trail and they immediately warmly welcomed us with refreshments and comfortable seating as they checked us in from their lobby couches instead of standing at the counter! The food was AMAZING! We had a beautiful balcony outside our room overlooking a park and the river. The service was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about Naturalodge! They met us at the train station when we arrived, carried our bags for us, assisted me to get an additional room, provided wake up service, a delicious fresh cooked breakfast at whatever time you need (5 am for us), stored our luggage, and let us hang out in the lobby after check out! The rooms were clean and comfortable:) Everything was so accommodating! Just a warning that there are about 60 steps to climb to get to the hotel, but there are...

This place was magical! Within walking distance to the train station. It's a super small town and there are no cars. The hotel can arrange for someone to meet you at the train station and assist with carrying luggage.
There are a lot of shops and great restaurants so get lost and have fun! Note that some of the outdoor restaurants charge a 'service fee'. One of the restaurants we stumbled upon had horrible service and they slipped us that service fee so just ask.

This place was great! Recommend to all. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. Clean, solid breakfast, very kind staff who asked us every time they saw us if we needed anything (and offered toiletries, towels, room cleaning, directions, advice). The polla a la brassa across the street was very good and only 30 soles per meal--don't get ripped off by the tourist restaurants on the main street.

I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay here again. We were here for Machu Picchu. Excellent stay. Had a room on the 4th floor over the river. The river is kind of loud, but great windows so it seemed more like a "white noise" in the background which was quite nice actually. Despite its proximity to the station, we could not hear any train at all from our side. There is a train that passes literally 5 feet in front of the hotel so get the river side if possible.
