"Such a lovely stay!! There is a binder with complete instructions from the property, and check-in was smooth. The place was clean, relaxing and such a cool experience.Like the other reviews mentioned parking is about a 15 minute walk, so maybe pack a rolling bag."

"It was perfect for our needs. We walked to several nice restaurants, enjoyed the kayaks & paddleboards, bikes and golfcart. The houseboat was super cute and so much better than a traditional hotel. It had everything we could have needed (and more). We even played some board games in the evening. We also were so happy to be able to bring along our small dog, too.Thank you very much."

"Property and location were fantastic. There’s a nice park within walking distance which was nice for the dog and kids. Property was well stock with essentials and very clean. They have laundry machines and a fully stocked kitchen with great appliances. Beds were both very comfortable. Will book again the next time we travel to Knoxville."
