"The location is outstanding. Walkable to numerous dining and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The rooms are unique and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel had just updated the phone system so there was a small issue but the staff assured us they were working to resolve it. We will return for a future stay. "
"They always say hospitality in the south is the best - and this hotel truly reflects that. The manager, Will, was so kind and helpful the morning we arrived after missing a connection flight. My family was broken and tired and Will gave us comfort in knowing he was taking care of us! Thank you much! "
Cumberland House Knoxville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"The property is great and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and it was a short walk to the convention center. The only thing I did not like and didn’t realize before hand is the parking at the property is valet only, which was an extra $35 a day. "
