"Very helpfull staff all the rooms were very clean only thing that was a lillte difficult was that they did not offer any lunch or dinner opptions or ways for you to sort out you own food so u would have to go to other sites or restonts but they do offer a free ferry that is very helpfull"

"I applaud the green program. Elevators were extremely slow. The plastic containers which held bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, fell apart and were not fixed during the two times we had cleaning services."

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
"The location of the hotel was amazing. Just in front of the tower bridge. Perfect view. The room and amenities are basic and tired. No air cond during the summer month was terrible! Anyway we stay out from the room from 09:00-21:00, too stuffy to spend time in room."
