"The room was smaller than in online pictures, but otherwise this hotel was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the rain head shower in my room was fantastic! Directly outside the Gloucester Road tube station made it easy to get to with baggage. Location on cute street with lots of cafes and pubs, easy walk to Hyde Park and Harrod's and Kensington High Street. Very safe neighborhood area. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and made for a very pleasant visit. The breakfast was especially impressive, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. A special thank you to Muskan for her kindness, professionalism, and attentive service. She truly made a positive difference and contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others."

"The property is currently undergoing a massive renovation. I got upgraded & the renovated rooms are clean, cozy & beautiful. Amenities were nice & luxurious. But there was only ONE tiny lift, so a lot of waiting around & no microwave for guest use. I did not try the breakfast. The location is amazing: very convenient, safe & walkable, close to the tube, buses, trains, lots of eating options nearby. Huge shout out to Marius at the the front desk, who was beyond professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Would go back!"

"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full. When we notified the front desk in the morning of the 4th day that we would need to move to another accommodation as we were unable to sleep in the cramped bed. Jess and Michael were extremely helpful in finding us another larger suite in the hotel. This made a huge difference for the remaining week of our vacation and we are very thankful for their quick and immediate response. I wish we had taken this action earlier as we were truly besides ourselves with lack of sleep for three nights, taking turns to sit in the lobby in the middle of the night so the other could sleep. We appreciate both Michael and Jess so much, thank you!"

"This hotel is looking a bit dated and tired in places but that's not a criticism....I love it!........it has character and everything works......some more modern hotels in London can feel too clean and clinical so please don't change anything.....great location and great value for money.......will return..... Thankyou."
