"This home is a dream for families traveling together. We had so much space in the house. Everyone loved having their own space to unwind but then we were able to come together for meals, games, and swimming. The playroom was a truly magical experience for my granddaughter. She stayed in there playing the entire time we were in the house. We spent an entire day at the resort pool. Our whole group was there for a single 35 resort fee. There was an enormous pool, a waterslide, and lazy river. The cafe at the pool was perfect for lunch, allowing us to relax and not have to leave the pool area. The host checked in with us frequently to make sure we were ok. There was a small hiccup with a door latch that wasn’t working but as soon as I texted the host, they sent someone right away and it was fixed in just a few minutes. We had way more room than we needed but we didn’t mind because everyone had such a great time!No ridiculous checkout procedures, easiest access instructions of any vacation rental we’ve ever done. Overall- 10/10!"

"Harold was very helpful, and everything looked as pictured. My family of 11 had a blast and so much room in this house. The kids enjoyed the pool from sunup to sundown They also loved the game room in the garage- we spend nights playing table tennis and pool. "The pool was extremely cloudy, almost green, there is a large area of the pool screen that is not attached to the railing. We let Frankie know, he was extremely apologetic and I truly don’t think he knew. Right after we let him know, for the first time the pump started running. I think he just needs a new pool service. The house is extremely clean and inviting. The space was just what we needed (16 church staffers retreat). The beds could use some new pillows but the beds were so comfortable it almost made up for it. Communicating with Frankie was phenomenal and appreciated!!! This is NOT a bad review just things we found. Even with the pool issue we would stay again (after making sure the pool is good to go. "
