"So my my room had a trip in the electrical box. It took 15 hrs to get it switch moved back and forth . I had no tv , no microwave to eat , fridge where food was now defrosting. After mt 5th try I was told to use the microphone where they serve breakfast. Most room had full power including the red roof which they own as well do you think I was offered a room discount an extra night stay no . "Room wasn’t clean even in the slightest. Nothing had been mopped or wiped down. The toilet and bathtub was still dirty and even had hair in it. The fire alarm was ripped off the wall at some point in time and the fridge was beyond disgusting. There was raw, rotting, chicken drums left in it for god knows how long and was leaking juices inside and outside of the fridge and stunk. It was so bad we had to leave the hotel and find a new place to stay at. Even the hallways smelt like dirty diapers....

"The overall hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast is a nice amenity. Cons: There were stains on the walls in bathroom, the tub could use a better scrub, and the carpet was dirty."
